Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Every order is packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 7 business days — if your order is affected, we'll let you know by email. Custom-printed and made-to-order items (such as branded sprays) follow their own timeline of 2–3 weeks, stated on the product page.

Delivery
We ship pan-India through tracked courier services. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; remote pin codes may take slightly longer. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders, across India.

Packaging
Fragrance oils, premix and liquids are sealed, bubble-wrapped and packed upright in rigid cartons to prevent leakage and transit damage. Glass bottles are individually protected. If anything still arrives damaged, our Returns & Refunds policy covers you — photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund.

Order changes
Need to change your address or correct an order? Email contact@aromasupplyco.com as soon as possible — we can update anything until the order is dispatched. After dispatch, changes aren't possible.

Bulk & wholesale orders
Orders above 10kg or with special requirements are quoted and scheduled individually — contact us at contact@aromasupplyco.com before ordering.
